We've worked behind every ISP in the county. We know which ones hand out CGNAT, which ones need SIP ALG disabled before anything works, and what a bonded DSL circuit in Kanab can actually carry.
We answer in Mountain time
Support is staffed by the engineers who built your system. If you call at 4:40 on a Friday about a broken auto-attendant, you get someone who can open the dial plan, not someone who can open a ticket.

The only other things on your invoice are the taxes and regulatory fees every provider is required to collect. We pass those through at what we remit.

Do you actually come out, or is this all remote?
We're at 352 E Riverside Dr STE A7, St. George. Installs in St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Ivins and Santa Clara are done in person by default. Cedar City and Mesquite get a scheduled visit. Farther out, we ship pre-configured phones and get on a video call — which works better than it sounds, because the phones arrive already programmed.
My internet out here isn't great. Will VoIP even work?
Often yes, and we'll tell you honestly if it's no. A phone call uses about 100 kbps each direction. What breaks calls is rarely speed — it's jitter, an overloaded router, or SIP ALG quietly mangling packets. Before you sign anything we'll run a test from your actual network and show you the result.
Can I keep my 435 number?
Yes. Porting is free and we do the paperwork. That includes numbers that have been with the local telco for thirty years, fax lines, and toll-free. Nothing changes for the people who call you.
What does it cost?
$22 per phone per month with every feature included, plus the taxes and regulatory fees we're required to collect and pass through at cost. No contract, no activation fee. You'll get the number in writing before you commit to anything.
What happens if the power or internet goes out?
Your calls fail over to cell phones, another location, or an answering service — configured ahead of time, by you. The system itself lives in our data centers, not in a closet at your office, so a local outage doesn't take your main number down.
